The curriculum

The Living Key.

Practical skills plus historical truth. That combination is the key, and it is what turns knowing your lineage into doing something with it.

Six modules across twelve to eighteen months, with ongoing tracks after. Financial sovereignty, land literacy, heritage recovery, enterprise creation, health sovereignty, and leadership under pressure. No theory that does not end in something you can do on Monday.

Video slot, ready and waiting

Send a file or a YouTube link and this fills in. Nothing loads from YouTube until a visitor presses play.

The principle

Education as liberation, stated plainly.

Every module answers the same question in a different domain: what would you actually have to know, and be able to do, for your family to be less dependent on institutions that have not served it well.

High return, not high theory

Every lesson ends in an action with a deadline. If a module cannot show what changed in a household after six weeks, it gets rewritten.

Cohorts, not just videos

Video lessons and workbooks carry the content. Live cohort calls carry the accountability. Very few people finish a course alone, and pretending otherwise wastes their money.

Free before paid

A free version of the essentials exists so nobody has to pay to find out whether this is real. The paid track is for people who want the full sequence and the cohort.

Curriculum architecture

Six modules. Twelve to eighteen months.

  1. Module 01

    Heritage and Lineage Recovery

Genealogy method taught properly. The 1870 census as the wall and how to cross it. Freedmen’s Bureau labor contracts, marriage registers and school reports. Freedman’s Savings Bank depositor registers. Southern Claims Commission files. How to combine a paper trail with DNA results without letting the DNA overrule the documents. Capturing family oral history from elders before it is gone.

  2. Module 02

    Financial and Economic Mastery

Budgeting that survives an irregular income. Credit repair and your actual debt validation rights. Cooperative economics. Investment fundamentals. Land purchase and seller financing strategy. Building more than one income stream without burning out. Taught as skills, not as a pitch for a product.

  3. Module 03

    Land, Food and Environmental Sovereignty

Soil health and what a bad soil test actually costs you. Small scale farming and agritourism. Water and energy independence at a realistic budget. The legal side of buying land, holding it, and structuring community ownership so it survives a disagreement.

  4. Module 04

    Leadership, Governance and Character

Decision making frameworks. Conflict resolution before it becomes a split. Board and cooperative governance. Leadership character drawn from historical Black exemplars who held something together under pressure. Personal discipline systems, because governance fails at the individual level first.

  5. Module 05

    Digital and Content Skills

Podcasting end to end. Short documentary production on equipment people already own. Social strategy that is not a full time job. Online course creation. Enough no code and basic coding to run a business without paying someone for every change.

  6. Module 06

    Health, Family and Community Design

Physical and mental wellness for people living under sustained stress. Multi generational family structures that work rather than merely coexist. Designing the social spaces a community actually uses, including proper rooms for elders. Mutual aid systems with rules, so they last past the first crisis.

Delivery

How you actually take it.

Online for reach, in person for depth, certification for the people who intend to teach it forward.

How membership works

Online

Lessons, workbooks, live calls

Video lessons with downloadable workbooks, plus live cohort calls on a fixed schedule. Audio versions of every key module so it works on a commute.

In person

Southern intensives

Weekend intensives in southern hubs where the hands on modules get taught hands on. Land, soil, and governance do not fully transmit over video.

Certification

Teach it forward

A certification track for members who want to run local cohorts. The plan does not scale on one voice, and it should not have to.

Free tier

Start at zero

A free short course covering the essentials, so the first thing anyone is asked for is attention rather than money.

The key only works if someone turns it.

Membership is not open yet. Become a member and you will hear first when the opening cohort is announced.
